Advice on a 4runner purchase

Hi all ,been following this forum and others and have been struggling with all the choices that need to be made to get started. I just found this on orlando florida craigslist, the system will not allow me to post linkListed as

If anyone can offer some guidance, it looks on the face of it a pretty sensible build. I have asked if he has the service records head gasket, timing belt, etc.. Not sure if it has locker?
Does this price seem on the high side and if so assuming it checks out whats a reasonable offer on this... Any advice is sincerely appreciated.

It's only 10k/year, that's not high.

That's high! I just paid 8800 for an 03 Limited with 150k, and that was a bit high but I like it.

It's a 2002, so it won't have the rear locker option, which was discontinued starting model year 2001. It has the center diff lock which many people believe to increase offroad capability; it just gives you true 4wd.
IMO it doesn't seem to be worth the money.
