AEV 3-inch Suspension for Jeep JK

American Expedition Vehicles is proud to announce the release of its new 3-inch suspension system for the Jeep JK. Inspired by the JK's larger size and obvious aptitude for longer, overland-oriented 4-wheel drive treks, AEV set out to engineer what should prove to be the best all-around performing system in the aftermarket. With years of OE suspension engineering experience to bring to the task, AEV has considered all the qualities that make up a great overland-style 4WD: Ground clearance, articulation, load-carrying capability, ride quality and of course, high-speed stability. Special care has been given to spring frequencies, shock tuning and roll-center geometry. The end result is a JK that remains balanced under all circumstances. Whether cruising across town or over hundreds of miles of dirt track, the AEV -equipped Jeep JK becomes the true do-it-all 4WD platform.
Following the 3-inch suspension system will be the release of AEV's rear axle Stinger system. This unique torque arm can be added to the 3-inch suspension and delivers maximum traction to the ground by eliminating axle wrap.
Standard Kit includes: Frequency-tuned progressive-rate coil springs, custom-tuned Bilstein shocks, bump-stop spacers, brakeline drop brackets, custom rear track-arm, roll-center-adjusted rear track-arm tower and sway-bar links.
Premium Kit includes: Base kit plus roll-center adjusted front steering kit and AEV Jack Base (for use with stock scissor jack and tall tires).
Front Steering Kit includes: Roll-center-adjusted track-arm tower, optimized steering damper mount and custom high-mount drag link.
