Look at the Kovea bamboo tables from Nomadica - they fold up into a fairly small package and have three height adjustments - they aren't inexpensive but a lot less money than the Frontrunner one.
They won't go under the rack but the medium size folds up into a 19.7" x 19.6" x 4" package. The large is only 25.5" x 19.6" x 4".
I saw them at Overland Expo East back in 2018 and was very impressed. I bought one the Kovea chairs and was looking at the table they had on display in their booth.
My sister talked me into buying the large size table (it was on sale) and a couple of years later they introduced the medium size which is a better fit in my Defender 90 or very small travel trailer.
They are extremely well made and beautifully constructed. I gave the larger one to my sister for Christmas and bought the medium size late last year. Its the nicest camping table I've ever used.

The large size is seen here in use at Uwharrie last fall out at the forward edge of the rug. Kovea makes very nice chairs as well.
