I'm out here for a couple years and left my charger and data cable back in Cali, I won't be heading back to Cali for a few months. I do alot of hiking and I would like my VX6 charged (and maybe programmed with some of the local repeaters? :)) and that should get me through till I get back to Cali to retrieve my stuff.

Unfortunately I don't have a cable for you. But this may be a solution for you, if you read this in time. I would imagine somebody there would be able to help you.

I can program VX-6R radios and could charge your radio. However would a single charge really hold you over for a few months?

If you are interested, the HRO here in Denver would have the molded coax pigtail (Yaesu EDC-6, should be like $10) and you could install a cigarette plug and charge it in your truck.

I'm only using this radio for when I go hiking so usage is minimum.

I will pm you my contact info.

Thank you,

Mike
