Anyone know how to convert ignition-on fuse to constant on? 05+ Tacoma

It would save me the hassle of splicing into my cig lighter (modded to constant), and would be nice for other things.

Kind of a long shot, but would be awesome if it works!

This worked on '99 4Runners, not sure if it would on yours, but might be worth looking at.

That's kind of what I did already, but I would rather use the existing fuse box. The problem is that any free slots aren't constant, and the only constant in-use slots are a higher amperage than an Add-A-Circuit will allow. I'll add an aux fuse box later, I just was hoping to convent an empty fuse slot to constant.
