Nice looking rig. To me it has a late 70's/early 80's look using a Ford E-350 C&C and installing a custom made fiberglass C class body. The suspension lift is tall enough to assume it has a driven front axle. Hard to tell in that pic, but i think i see a transfer case skid plate under there. But, it is a class C not a truck camper.
I've seen some interesting pictures of this type of lash up (in 2WD) where the connection between the cab and fiberglass body was torn asunder. Fords of this era, especially the long ones had a LOT of frame twist compared to Chevy and Dodge. With hard mounts frame to body, and if you twisted up the axles off road, an ugly divorce was inevitable. Just by looking at this rig i can see it was never twisted up to any degree, and maybe never even in 4WD.
