Apple vehicle charging options?

I just bought my first macbook pro and I am having a difficult time finding a 12v vehicle charging option for the computer. What are the options? My previous PC had a travel charging system with several charging options, but it appears that apple doesn't offer something like that. Looking for a small 12v (cigarette) option.

I've had good luck with a radio shack inverter. Small, $30 model.

Get an inverter - I love my Cobra 400/800 because it has USB, but they're all okay these days

I currently use a Targus auto power adapter

I like it because it has interchangeable tips (I'm sure you can find one for the Mac), and it has 2 separate power adapters, so you can charge your phone and run your laptop from the same 12V outlet.

I believe it's rated 90W, but I can run two ~60W laptops on it at the same time and haven't had any issues (does get hot). It's been 100% reliable for a couple years and I wouldn't hesitate getting another if I ever needed that much power in my truck.
