ARB3101 vs ARB3201 difference?

Does anyone know the difference? Amazon sells them both but they are about $200 difference.

The pictures are showing the ARB Simpson II versus the newer ARB Simpson III, which variant of III your getting with Amazon is anyone's guess.

You can see the major difference in the picture, the now discontinued (like 3-4 years ago discontinued) II uses guy-wires to tighten down the ladder 'awning', this made for some tricky setup in certain scenarios. The III uses an adjustable set of bows over the ladder 'awning' thus no guy wires. Far, far better setup having used both for plenty of nights.

One more question Kurt. What thickness of material are the ARB tents (simpsonIII) made of? The ARB website has such a generic description and I havn't been able to find it any where else.

I can't remember off the top of my head but if you want to give us a ring at the shop I'm sure we could quickly look it up.
