ARB's on 02 F-350

Now that looks like some fun snowfall! I love snow. But how did they cut that drift square? Giant snow thrower making a few passes with out sinking in? Or a snow thrower attached to a front end loader? That's a bit taller than even the airport snow throwers I've seen.

Small event I ran into today: I pulled over my work truck to read my map. On the side of the road in a ritzy area. Two tires in the, supposedly solid dirt, two on pavement. I was stuck in one of the one wheel drive Chevy 3500 LWB vans today. When I pulled out gently, my tire in the dirt lets loose and I showered a pretty decent rooster tail onto the landscaping. I didn't even get on it hard. (Goodyear Silent Armors with toe thousand pounds or more of cargo over them can make a mess)

After work I had to go back and smooth out the rut, flip the sod back over, and clean the landscaping rocks. Incase some yuppie saw my truck tearing stuff up. We have huge billboard on the trucks. It was about 30 minutes out of the way. I should have fixed it up when I was there, but it wasn't easy to turn around and pull over with mid day traffic. Since it wasn't my usual truck I also had no shovel. Had to use my boots and hands.

A Detroit would have prevented that, an ARB wouldn't have. (because I wouldn't have thought to turn it on)

I think it was Eaton that tried a limited slip diff that had a mechanism that could cam the clutch packs down to lock the diff. Not really locked, but effectively locked. Wonder why that didn't catch on? Too weak?

I don't think the E locker is available for Dana 80's. I think ARB and Detroit maybe the only choices for the Dana 80. Same for the 10.25
