Selling my well optioned 2022 Habitat for a short bed F-250. its always been garage kept in a climate controlled garage and it in great shape. I’ve used the tent 5/6 times since new. The reason I’m selling is that I’ve decided to go with an enclosed gooseneck trailer to haul my Jeep.
List of options:
Painted to match my 2022 F-250 in Iconic Silver
Airline track on the roof (great for hanging lights off of as well as a hammock)
Windows all around (Slider front, Tern sides, glass rear)
AT awning brackets
Habitat enclosure (3 walls that inclose the back to offer way more room)
Cargo lights on the lid
Added sleep platforms sleeps 4 people. (Added one more after the the pictured invoice)
Items added after it arrived:
Baja Designs led side lights
Overland Vehicle Systems 180 awning
Overland Vehicle Systems zip in wall for 180 awning
With all options I have $23,050 invested in the fully ready to go Habitat. $19,440 for the topper, $1,700 in shipping, another $1,100in the awning, $225 in the side lights, and $585 for the extra sleep platform
This sale also includes another fabric tent as well. When I received the Habitat some of the seams leaked. AT Overland went above and beyond and flew in a tech and replaced the whole tent. I still have the ”old one” that was only on a few months it looks like new and could be used as a spare if seam sealed or even as material to patch any damage that the future owner might have down the road.
The Habitat has been great to camp in and I‘ve honestly loved having it. But I really want an enclosed trailer now and if I’m going that route,I might as well get one with living quarters as well.
Asking $17,250
As an added bonus, if anyone offers asking price, I’ll throw in a Autoterm 4D-12 diesel heater that I only used once. This heats the tent very very well. $1000 value.
