Since the bumper was off, no time like the present to add some pieces to the bumper






Also installed the exhaust the same day. I like how tucked up and tight it is.

Since I will be hauling my trailer, removable mud flaps are on the list. Basically like these, but going to make my own mounts.

This week I also aquired this gem for $500. It's a 99 with a no good engine. Parts alone were worth the price, the warn front bumper, tabor 9k winch (going to sell), 31's I'm going to swap for a summer, new front calipers, rotors, and pads, plus other various things that will be robbed.

I also upgraded the rear shocks to bilsteins and absolutely love them, going to swap the fronts out next month.

Thanks guys, I did get pretty lucky with nabbing the 2 door. Well got the bumper, rims/ tires off of it the other day. Also had another set of studded snows and aftermarket rims he gave me. The rims worked great on my adventure camper I'm building.










I swapped those 31's with mine to have 4 alike, and used my two good back ones for the trailer. Had to weld nuts to two lock lug nuts to get them off. Never going to have those again, I needed them in a pinch and came to be not worth it.

Work has been slow, so it gave me time to fab up a set of removable mud flaps for the Cherokee. After the cut and fold, a lot of tread was showing. More tread = more mud on the trailer as we all know.

Went to the shop today, got some more work done on the trailer and decided to clean up and paint the warn bumper. Still a little on the fence about this bumper over the one I built. However, I have it and it would put my winch on the front instead of the receiver. It's a bit more weight and would keep my winch out in the elements, but overall I think it's worth the swap.

And then threw on my mile marker winch, I lost a little more than 1/2" on the front, and you can tell their is a lot more weight up there. We will see how it works out.



And even had time to go for a quick rip
