My 07 F250 came stock with 35 inch tires on stock suspension.
The newer body design has larger fender openings so from what I have read guys are installing 37s with leveling kits.

For my 07 F250 I went with ICON.
with the new suspension it floats over uneven terrain very nice.

here is the kit I bought
ICON stage 4

200 mile off road suspension test after I installed the suspension system.

You cant go wrong with ICON or CARLI

You can fit 35s on without a lift. On my 11 f250 I run 35s toyo open country at2s there 35 12.5 18 or 285 75 18 on stock wheels. There is no rubbing at all but I am still planning on putting a lift in it because the belly and hitch are just to low. If and when I do I am thinking of putting a 37 or a 38" tire.

yes, there is a ton of room in the wheel wells to add 35's... and I've been torn between a lift and a level kit. I may just go 35's with a level kit for now... while I save some cash for a better lift... and eventually 37's...

Just sold my 2010 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon (4dr). I lifted it 4"'s with 35" Nitto Trail Grapplers... and tons of mods.

I bought a 2014 Ford F250 extended cab 4x4. I am looking to lift it 3" - 4" and go up to 35" tires... Looking for the best lift, on a slight budget.

I've been checking out BDS, Zone, Rough Country, SuperLift, Rancho, Tough Country, Ready Lift and more... looking for input on everyone's experiences and feedback.

Carli is one of the best out there...and also costly. You get what you pay for. Go cheap, and you just took a 50K+ truck from riding good to problem after problem. I see this weekly at work.
BDS is the only other one I would consider out of that list. Lifetime warranty on parts and Fox 2.0 shocks available.

Zone, RC, SL, Rancho, TC are all "OK" at best. They all have their pros/ many cons in my honest opinion. I have seen all of those in our shop with one issue or another.

If you're only looking to do 35's and are lifting only for the reason of fitting those 35's (not the additional height for off road clearance), I would do a front and rear leveling kit. Keep your aftermarket wheels as close to factory offset and 35's will fit. with a leveling kit front and rear, you will lessen the factory rake some, but still allow for weight in the bed without it sitting like a pre-runner truck. The leveling kit will also retain your factory ride and very close to stock handling.

I haven't done much off-roading the past year or so. But I know some of the land we would ride had some steep breakover angles. Never had an issue with my Rubicon, but the 2 door has such a short wheel base I never had to worry about it. I think the F250 might be a bit long for some of the breakover angles I used to take with the Jeep.

after really looking at my truck, 4 inches of lift would help... and with 4"s of lift, i should easily fit 37" tires, which would yield better ground clearance to help the steep breakovers... a reputable local off-road shop quoted me $1600 for a 4" BDS lift installed with tax...

having said that, I really haven't had the time to even do any off-roading... so I may stick to a front end level kit and 35's for a while... although, part of me just likes the lifted look... LOL... I know, I know...

I need to make up my mind... of course, my 5'4" wife might not like the added lift... especially since I refused to get nerf bars... LOL

Tim... Question: if I was doing a leveling kit, why would I need something for the rear?

They use the 350 blocks in the back which are 1" taller than the 250 blocks. The front gets 2-1/2" which would get everything level.

If you want get points with wife if she is in the truck a lot, get powersteps. The idea of them sems a lttle bling but they work great and are tucked away while you're driving off road. Any other running board step hangs down and will get hung up. The wife will appreciate having an easy step up.
