I have some Rhino rack HD bars, so i ended up buying the brackets for them that mount the foxwing awning and just trimmed the top off since the ARB awning is half the width of the foxwing.

I decided to get some 1/8" plate that I am going to weld to the side of my rack to mount my awning to.

Anyone know what the maximum height this ARB awning room (with floor) is? I'm tempted to get one, but need to know if it'll fit without the floor being a few inches off the ground with the installation (3.5" lift on the jeep, on 35" tires, plus a few extra inches up due to the roof rack).

I haven't had a chance to get mine setup yet,so I couldn't tell ya. I would do a google search for it and see if you can find the specs anywhere. Or maybe call ARB and ask them for the details.

For those interested, I called ARB today - surprised at their customer service (wasn't expecting an answer).
The 'ideal' height for the ARB awning room is 6'9" - you can be lower, but if you're higher, you'll start using up 'floor area' for wall.
I think I'm going to order one of these!

Every year Four Wheel Parts has manufacturer expos. Around here it's in Pomona in June. Reps from all the companies who's products 4WP sells are on hand and items can be ordered at the show at a discount to be shipped free to the local 4WP store. I'll be ordering my awning and room there and then.
