Best suspension for a daily driver.

I am having trouble translating your French, "there's no replacement for 300M shafts ..." :snorkel: Can you please help and provide an avoirdupois conversion? It can't be 300 meters, nor 300cm, nor 300mm, so what is it?

Rear New Generation D44 is 1.41" shaft diameter, 32 spline. Front New Generation D44 is 1.31" and 30 spline.

LOL, sure - translation: 300M is an alloy used in some aftermarket axle shafts. It's very resilient to high shock loads. To put it in context, we had a customer's axle twist 720* once before it snapped. When upgrading axles for a Dana 60 (or Land Rover Salisbury axle), one can get 1.5", 35-spline axles (unless you want 40-spline ;) ).

Combine 300M with 1.5", 35-spline axle shaft and you have a shaft that can handle large tires and very high shock loads with ease.

Offroad Evolution Suspension

Take a look at Offroad Evolution's suspension. I'm running their front coil overs, rear lever system, and Tereflex Longarms. I'm very happy with the setup. It gives great off road and on road performance. Many people that drive my Jeep can't believe I'm running 37's. Handles better than stock and much better than your typical 4x4 on big meats.

Here's a sample of the flex I'm getting:

I have a Rubicon Express 4.5" short arm kit on my 2dr with 37" procomps. I have crappy shocks and it doesn't ride the best. It is better than my CJ was though. I have driven this Jeep to Montana and back from California. I wouldn't be concerned with the ride as much as I would the gas mileage. You will save more money in gas than what it will cost to buy a cheap high gas mileage car. Our paid for cheap Honda Civic took a crap yesterday so I drove my girlfriend to work and picked her up today. I filled the tank before we left this morning $60. She works 30 miles away one way, tonight I am just over half a tank and that is just over like a needle width over. So that is just over half your daily trip (120 miles for me today). For probably $25 to $30. Do the math you too will own a 30+mpg car soon and it will pay for itself very quickly!

ome heavy duty

I have just put on ome 2.5 inch heavy duty springs and bilsteins I use mine as a daily driver then go off road for work, I have a warn bumper 155 lbs and a smitty built 10k winch maybe 90 lbs so my stock suspension had settled to like a 1/4 inch of travel the ome set up is great. really love it I am running falken wilderness at in a 33 and my ride is great.

Im running the AEV 3.5 with 35s on my unlimited rubicon. It could be a daily driver but isn't.

You can do 35s without regearing on a 2012 with 4.10s but I would say 37s are still gonna require a regear or incredible patience while merging onto the highway...I also would want to foot that gas bill.

My Jeep rides as good or better than stock, especially on bad roads where the extra travel and larger sidewalls seem to help a bunch.

If it were a weekend toy or you have an unlimited budget 37s would be awesome, but Id stick with 35s or smaller on a DD.
