Best way to fasten fridge slide to bed of pickup?

Ok, my new ARB fridge is on the way, and soon I'll be getting a slide for it. I'd like to mount it to the bed of my pickup. What is the best way? Through bolting, sheet metal screws?

I'd also like it to be removable for when I need to haul stuff. Anyone have a way of doing that? I'd love to find an easy way of adding a threaded hole, but so far no luck.

The way to add threaded holes to your bed is using a Nutsert.

You drill the correct size hole and insert the Nutsert, which is brought tight and mushrooms out to hold in place.

Looks like this when it's done.

Outserts are probably the best option like shown above. they will be the most reliable, and relatively hassle free method if you want to remove the slide from time to time.
