BFG TA KO 33 X 12.5 X 15 X 5

These are barely used (7000 miles). I am selling them because they are actually too wide for my FJ60s stock rims. I bought them in Moab; needed tires and thought well, wider is better and the tire store neglected to inform me they were too wide. Being as minimally used as they are, there is no evidence of wear or uneven wear. Check out the pics:

$400. Pickup in Flagstaff, Arizona or buyer arranges and pays for shipping.

Edit: Sorry, forgot to put the "15" in the title

Darn, I would really like those for my XJ...

I wonder how much shipping would be... anyone have experience?

Yeah. I've seen scattered references to the major carriers (UPS, Fedex Ground, DHL) shipping tires (unboxed) but haven't found specifics yet.

I guess it's relatively straightforward. I called FedEx Ground for starters. They quoted me $213 to the zip code for Eddy, TX. This was based on a total weight of 265# and given the individual measured dimensions of 31.5x11.

I have been both the shipper and receiver for tires, you simply duct tape them in pairs and bring them down to Fedex and the post office for a quote. Another option is Greyhound's package express for less than half their prices, I shipped a small roll bar for $35 to give you an idea of how much you can save.
