So now that I’ve revealed myself as a clueless desk jockey, do I even attempt the idler arm assembly? If so Perhaps a couple of time saving tips Like “turn the wheel dumba** upfront could be useful? Is removal as difficult?
Now that I've done the tie rods, shocks and idler arms I'm amazed at the difference in the ride quality. However I just was informed by the alignment shop that it needs a new “adjuster”. And they can’t find one. This is the piece that connects the inner outer tire rod assembly. No doubt some of my handiwork caused this. Any ideas on where to find one of these? Junkyards around here do not have any 2.5 Gen Montero’s lying around.
