So i wanted some black wheels, and i really dig the spare rim on the 4runner, so i decided to use them as my rims. I have had this idea for a while, and I have seen it discussed here on yt, but never seen pics of it. So here are some pics of right before and right after, enjoy.

Installing the lift.

Front: toytec adjustable coilovers with 650lb rate springs

Rear: OME 891's, bilstein 5125s and extended brake lines

The front went in actually pretty easy and i need to lower the threads on the coils to get a little less lift and better cv angles. The problems we ran into were with the rear lift, I was trying to use some friends used bilstein 5150's but there wasnt enough space to fit them in so I ordered some 5125's to go under it, and we didn't find this out until after we ruined the original shocks to get them out. So I had to run to the parts store and currently I am running som Gabriel G-Force shocks, just as bad as monroe. Also when doing the rear brake line extention we broke the hard line, and that just plain sucked balls. We got it fixed though and the brakes are working good. I am going to be finishing the lift up friday with the bilstein 5125's once they get int.

Now for the pics:

That is sweet, how much lift do you have on the truck? If you get a higher offset wheel you can fit a bigger tire...

Running about a little over 2" in the front and around 3" in the rear. I am gonna be running 255/85/16's next and trim the fenders.
