We did a rotisserie turkey Thursday night in Painted Canyon. We had to lower it 3 times, thank god we drilled lower holes!

Anyhoo.... rotisserie turkey in the field! yeah!

So, did you have to lower it to get it closer to the fire or for more firewood?? The wood burning looks like the same as your rotisserie...:chowtime:

Yep! We were cooking the skin only for a short while! LOL! As we gained more and more coals... we lowered it all the way down. I just wanted to get the photo before it got dark.

Yep, same wood good eye!..... it was a last minute idea! It's a bunch of Cedar (like 83 sticks) i had cut up the day before. Man my forearm was sore!

For those of you who ran the bradshaw trail, do you think it is passable in a 2wd toyota, 4 cyl, manual, no lockers, wide and slightly oversized tires for someone with fairly substantial offroad experience? Would have shovels and planks along as well as a pump in case of having to air down the tires.

Basically my question is how difficult is the trail to pass through end to end.

Thanks in advance,
Rusty

If you stay on the main trail, without doing any side trips, I don't see a problem. I still would not recommend doing it solo.

You should be just fine Rusty. It's all pretty much hard packed dirt road.
