Bridging Ladders

my idea is built Bridging Ladders in alum for my jeep

i make 2 plate in 3/16 t6-6061

the shape :
all hole dimple
bend each side 90deg
and weld T on middle



dimple is not to bad

after end look the big deformation

is not big problem, juste bend 90deg each side for give strait shape (i thing )



put on press

bang ????

never bend just stait cut !!!

the 6061-t6 dont like bend



i thing to weld chanel each side and on middle !!!
