Renaissance Redneck
Another trip under Bucks belt. Did a mid sized loop over 4 days with the boat behind and camper on. There was a lot of nasty roads with about 1/3 of the 600 mile trip on forestry roads. Some of which had just been plowed open for the summer, so super muddy and rutted. The suspension had a great workout, and I’m happy too say it performed really well. Rough Country has a low end reputation these days, but I went with it as I needed a complete replacement suspension and didn’t want to drop big coin until the truck proves itself reliable. So far I’m impressed. The spring rate on the coils is good on road and off, and the N3 shocks stood up to my way to fast driving over the washboard and potholes. So $400 well spent. Even if I get a couple of years out of the system, I’ll be happy.
