Hey Guys,
I am selling my XR400. I just don't ride it anymore and have moved over to other projects (FZJ80 Land Cruiser)). Here is the info:
1996 XR400
Brand new Mikuni pumper carb. Starts in one kick. really nice. Bought from Al Bakers)
New handle bars
Baja Designs Dual Sport with low profile side markers on rear.
Fully CA plated. It was this way when I transferred the title to my name a few years ago and is still good.
2 sets of tires, DOT tires (Maxxis I think) on it now and Dunlop offroad tires. Both show some wear but are still good to go for a while.
Lost of spare parts included.
Trailtech vapor computer
XRs only oil temp dipstick
Only full synthectics used
The plastics have been painted and dont look the best but I really never cared.
The tank in the stock one and is partly painted. I was going to swap it out for a Acebis high capacity one but never got around to it.
The High/Low headlight from Baja Designs has some issue with the wiring (flickering) so I just put the stock one on with big bulb in it. I was going to get a new wiring harness form Baja Designs but didn't get around to that either.
Overall its a strong runner and fun bike.
Price is $2000 OBO.
