Asking $2800 without tent, or $3700 with tent
Off road trailer I got off Craigslist a few years ago and modified for our family use. It has a 3-way coupler hitch that allows it to articulate off road and is silent on road. Comes with the 31.5" tires on it, or a set of 34" tires, both on Toyota wheels. It had Jeep hubs on it, so could be converted back to Jeep wheel pattern if you prefer. It has a new axle, new hubs and new shocks on it. It rides very nice, unless it's unloaded, then it bounces! It has a 27gal water system with a faucet in the back. It comes with a full size battery for the water system, 12v plugs and USB plugs. The slides and tray are still installed and will be included. I used a solar charger and had a fridge in it, but neither of those are included. Propane that is in the pictures is also not included. The pelican case on the fender is also NOT included. The trailer is painted with Raptor liner, non skid when it gets wet.
The Tepui 3-person roof top tent can be included, but the price for both will be $3700. The tent is in good shape, has a new annex and a new mattress and two sets of spring rods. There is some staining on the tent body from mold but it doesn't smell like mold and I will be trying to clean it this weekend.
The tent is mounted high off the trailer so if you are 5'9" tall you can walk under it when its open, also for the annex to provide a ton of room. The trailer came with a very heavy steel lid that the tent was bolted to, but I removed that when I built the raised platform. You can have the steel lid if you want, but it won't fit with the raised platform without some serious modification. If you don't need the annex, then the platform could be removed and the steel lid put back on and the tent bolted to that. I can do this for a serious buyer who is willing to work around my schedule.
