How well would that awning attach to a set of Thule bars? It looks like it might need to be attached to something more? Thanks. :)

Great to see you as a sponsor, does that mean we can get together and drink until the wee hour more often now?

Right on. Has anyone used that shower? Kind of cool.
We have one of the Kariba Combo showers and it is awesome. The kit consists of a propane stove, a heat exchanger water heater, 12 volt pump and showerhead. Not a uni-tasker, water heater and stove. I will be posting a review with a short video pretty soon.

In the interest of full disclosure I should state that Campinglab is one of our sponsors, but we really, really like this nice expedition hot shower kit.

Here is a picture of Corey's set up on his FJ, with some kind of Yakima bars:

I hope that helps give you an idea. We are also reps for Camping Lab, but didn't become one until after we had tried out their RTT. I can honestly say that Fernando is top notch to deal with and we love both the RTT and the awning! And I want to get my hands on one of those heaters as well!!

I can vouch for the awning, it is awesome.
I spent some time underneath of it on my trip to Mt. Rainier in August.

I rigged up a clothes line to it too which worked out great.
For next season I will use those "fake" carabineers to make the clothesline easier to setup.
For this trip I just tied the line on.

I did use the caribineers though for the guylines at the top of the poles, you can just barely make them out.

How long are the poles on that awning? I wonder if there is any chance it would work on the back of my camper, it's about 9' up to the rack?
