I thought you weren't allowed to visit Moraine Lake at sunrise

Last time I passed by there it was late morning on a cloudy day, so the contrasts weren't quite as nice. Still I found a nice foreground on the moraine near the parking.

Ah yes, Moraine Lake - the scene on the back of the old Canadian $20. bill. I backed and crawled around that rock grade for an hour with about four lenses trying to exactly duplicate the scene with said twenty in hand. I finally concluded that they fudged it to their needs and didn't care because it's breathtaking either way.
