Changing trailer hubs to match tow vehicle wheels ? advise please.

I had US Wheel Adapters build me a set of spacers/adapters for my trailer because I wanted to use factory Nissan rims on it. (https://www.uswheeladapters.com/). He was able to make a 6x5.5 trailer hub to 6x4.5 rim spacer with the same lug threads that are on my Nissan (again standardizing between the truck and trailer). One thing to note is you will have to measure the inner lip on the hub so he knows how large to make the opening, keep in mind on the trailer hubs I have seen these are flared and will need to be measured at the base (widest point) or you will end up having to have them machined (ask me how I know). It cost me around $200 if I remember correctly.

BORA was around the same cost for 2 spacers as well. Built to order, took them like 2 weeks to get to me. Hub and lug centric spacers as well. Amazon has chinese ones all day for 1/3 the cost but I don't really wanna see my trailer tire in front of me on the highway.
