Not a scam, its a guy over at d-90.com, the truck is priced for condition and is probably a good buy for someone.

I'd say so. The body is alum, the frame is not galvanized. Rust at the doors, hinges, body mounts, frame.

$35k is what 110's should be going for if it's in good condition, not the $55-60k you see now and then. Looks like a nice clean truck.
