CL Revcon in Alaska

. Still if you think about the massive trucks people are running around the world these days, this thing is not bad at all and would be a LOT less for what you get than, say, a Unicat interior sized vehicle.

That's what I'm thinking as well.
I would imagine that the Revcon would need more general upkeep as it's significantly older, but you can fix a lot of problems for the amount of money you'd save over buying a Uni. or Earthroamer etc...

I would have liked them better if they would have offered them with a Dodge Diesel front end. Now that would be a nice looking truck!!

Yes I agree, but it would be a simpler model to fix. Besides, think about how many people are driving around in 25+ year old military trucks so that they can get around the import rules here in the USA. At least this one is only 15 years old...haha

Personally I think that the interior space on these is amazing.
I found this link nd the person did a wonderful job photo documenting the vehicle. Except he does not have ANY photos of the rear end, but you can a great look at the typical interior of one of these beauties.

Two thoughts on that. One they did not make a true four door truck back then, and two it would have looked almost exactly the same. That truck was the one that still looked just like the Ford and the Chevy trucks. :)

Yes but I would have still liked a truck like my 01' Dodge Diesel with the cummins under the hood. Never mind that fact that the back end would be the same I would like a truck that could get out of it's own way.

Oh yeah, for sure, with an 01 it would be a great truck. I think even with the power stroke it would be nice enough. Ah well, such is life...
