Well I'm the newest n00b from Charleston, SC and this is my newest acquisition. I have automotive ADD so I'm not sure how long I'll have it, I'll just go ahead and throw that out there right off the bat.

2002 SE/SC, 4x4, manual. I'm not usually an XTerra guy, but this thing struck me the right way when I saw it and it needed some work and I got a good deal with just over 101k miles on it.

So, here's the day I got it in August 2013.

Here she is after:
- Navara Snorkel
- Custom MagnaFlow Catback (courtesy of rust)
- PML (mainly because I hated the stock lack of ground clearance)
- Removed running boards and mud guards
- Replaced alternator (whining bearings)
- Replaced p/s pump (leaking like a siv becuase someone filled it with ATF)
- Replaced all four O2 sensors (courtesy of a CEL)
- Replaced Clutch Master cylinder (annoying squeek)
- Replaced stock radio (I need my iPod, yo!)
- Threw the spare tire and tow strap on the roof to further the "trail rig" look and feel I'm enjoying at the moment
- Replaced the rear shocks (leaked)
- Painted grille and headlight surrounds
- Repaired the saggy headliner (Bed-liner ******)

I'm going to stop tallying up all the money I spend on this thing and get to the pic- I'm getting depressed.

Not too shabby for a good starter rig... considering I never intended on getting it in the first place? LOL!

ahh right, just wanted to compare the size vs mine for your PML

thats a good size, I like those rims, quite a few sizes in that height range too

235 80 R17
245 75 R17
265 70 R17

I like my BFG ATs a lot, take a look into the Cooper ST Maxx as well, they look good and have lots of great reviews
