Composite Camper Design for 3/4 Ton Dodge

I guess here's the start of panel cutting and the first steps towards building the physical camper.

Here is one of the window openings in the side wall, originally I was trying to proceed with the build with no wood at all, but the cost of alternative panels was just not economical.

Also decided not to go with dual pane glass windows for weight and durability reasons, these acrylic ones are 10mm for the small ones and 13mm on the larger sizes should be fairly break resistant. It seems that the latching hardware could use some redesigning for better intrusion protection.

There has been some progress, since then I have had an opportunity of traveling SE Asia, so on the road right now. Once back in June I will continue and post some updates, sorry for the lack of information
