The trailer is 1951 Royal Spartanette. We call it the Space Twinkie. The interior has been completely gutted and insulated with rigid foam board. It comes equipped with a wood stove, bath tub, shower, on demand hot water heater, and original stove/oven and fridge which work perfectly. The hubs were repacked and it was towed 200 miles without issue. The title was lost by a previous owner and it comes with lots of paper work that could be used to obtain a title. Dimensions - 8 x 32 feet, 35 including the tongue. The truck will tow this trailer no problem. $40,000 for both trailer and truck.
