Late 94's had r 380's. This appears to be one of the 100 black 94 Le's with leather seats. I had one. Neat trucks if 90's are big enough for you.

I reserve getting mad for things like when a tow truck driver in the UK drops a 110 Tdi @ the docks in Southampton the day before the ship transporting it to the USA is to leave (two days later than he was supposed to) and drives all the way back up to Scotland with both sets of keys for it in his jacket pocket and then drops off the planet for three days as a "for instance". Real world problems with large time and financial implications created for me by the slovenly ineptitude of others.

Dale you probably spent more on just that rack than I have in my whole rig. Between that rack and the Melville and Moon seat covers you really had it kitted nicely. Got any more pictures ?

Just a warning for anyone thinking of buying a 110 Crew Cab (separate pickup bed from cabin) or Double Cab (looks like standard 110 SW tub but short roof to create pickup) - the rear seats can't be modified to create more leg room like can be done on a 110 SW because there is no space to move the seats aft.

One of the families that was in the group I did a trip around the Alps with had a Double Cab Td5 110 and their kids had the most uncomfortable time of anyone over the 18 days. They also had the most storage trouble and the greatest security issues when leaving the vehicle for breaks at the motorway service stations.

Double Cabs are probably good for farmers who need more passenger space than a 90, but I think they're bad for private use and terrible for expeditions.

Do you mean specifically 110 double cabs ? Or are you including 130's ?
The 130 rear seat box has a huge storage locker underneath-basically the entire seat box platform is a storage locker. We measured the distance between a 110 seat box's and 130 seat box's and the difference was about 3 inches for a friend who was trying to decide which to buy for a round the world trip. My personal choice would be a 130 double cab for an "overland" trip but I am biased.
I had an Arles Blue 300 tdi 110 Double cab (with Ifor Williams bed cap) and although it looked neat and had a very strong drivetrain I hated it's functionality. I drove it all over the UK and sold it two weeks after I got it back to the US.

Good to know about the leg room issue.
I have always been in lust with the 110 4dr wagon look, it is pure classic. However I wonder if the 130 double cab wouldn't be better with it's higher GVW and more overall room?

I'm with Doug- had a 110CC and thought it would be the end all. But really doesn't do anything well, so went 130- that is the end all!!

I have a 130 crew cab that came with a bunch seat when I bought it. I removed the bench and installed two Exmoore Trim seats with a space between for a cubby box and access to storage beneath the seats. I have been on a few long trips with it but so far only my young kids have had to sit in the back. I did gain space between the back seats and the backs of the front seats after removing the bench which was nice for placing a cooler between the seats and also made room for my Swampy cooler www.swampy.net

All in all a better upgrade and more leg room.
