Yes, the only part from the original is pretty much hidden, sandwiched between angle iron and buried in the seat rail.

I just saw some seats on CL that looked too familiar... I think your mounting method looks a bit more sturdier than wood... But this shows the offset/raise needed to work w/ the factory Tahoe bracket.
