First, I'm going to do a meticulous prep job.
Then, I'm going low tech with the Rust-Oleum self etching primer and black semi-gloss just like I use on my sliders. Many coats.
This way, it should be easy to touch up, even 10 years from now.
Powder coat is not as easy to touch up in my experience.
