Dual battery options for 2 door JK

Ok I'm convinced , just got another JKU. I'm building it as we speak here. I ordered the Genesis system couple hours ago. All the testimonies on here sound great !! Looks very basic and simple and everything is right where it should be in the corner !!

Please let me know what you think of the Genesis. My pennies are all saved up and I've decided to go with an NL Weekender 50 fridge/freezer. It allegedly draws a little more power than the ARB...but I gotta have the freezer man!

So, enough procrastinating...I have to choose a battery system. From this thread it sounds like a genesis setup would be more than ample for the fridge (at about 1.5 aH) and my fan uses about 1.5 AH. I'll need to run the run the fan for 10 hours per day and the fridge for 24. Do you guys with Genesis setups feel confident that the two 55 aH batteries can keep up with that load for two nights out without over-discharging the batteries? I could always add a solar panel, but simpler is better.

My space is dwindling quickly after putting the JeepKitchen in. If the Genesis setup packs enough power I'd rather put the batteries under the hood.
