I can understand when a sale item is no longer available because of supply and demand. But, when you offer something, regardless of price, and one attempts to purchase it (several times) and is unable to because of something that is in your control....that's leaves a bad, bad taste...
I'm trying not flame here but, when you say you are not going to spend the time to fix it....customer service was the first thing that came to my mind....that is all

The link was only for betta.......

I fail to see how this would be a customer service issue?
Email is probably faster given that he is giving you feed back asap..
in my case with in the hr...
I say thats awesome customer service.... !!!

I am sorry your impression of our company has been soured by this. We have noted the issue that online purchasing is flawed in the thread several times, and that orders should be handled directly. But perhaps it wasn't clear. I see you joined the forum this month, with 6 total posts. Posts 5 and 6, 1/3 or your participation, is directed at putting down my site and customer service. I'd say you are off to a great start in this community.

To be fair, that email link wasn't always there. But I agree, emailing Paul was easy and he responded very very quickly.

Working with Paul was a pleasure and went perfectly. I had an issue with my cart when I first clicked on the product I wanted to buy, then I noticed there were multiple channels to get ahold of Paul as noted in his post which worked very well and was likely far quicker and easier than going through the website anyways. I am looking forward to getting my package tomorrow thanks again!!

I fail to see "how long" I have been involved with this community as relevant. I would hope that you would "welcome" new comers to this site and even more so to your company. After all, who is more in the market and excited to buy new gadgets than we are (newbies)...Again, I don't want to flame here...you had your chance to present your company in the posiible best light via email. You failed with me...I am happy others had a better experience.
I tried your site three times before I emailed you and did not get a response until the next day. I understand that you can't monitor this site 24/7...just stating the facts....
Ok. I'm done...but, I reserve the right to defend myself....
