I was just curious if anyone with howling moon tents have ever tried getting replacement parts for them? Ive been trying to get a quote, from Howling moon, for a new rain fly for mine and well its been pretty bad. I emailed them late Sept early October and at first they kept telling me that they are waiting to hear back from Africa on it. I email them every 2-3 weeks to see if anything new has been heard and haven't heard back from them since 11/10/15. Ive emailed them twice since then and no response so I was just curious if this was normal for them or what? Well thanks for any feed back.

Have you tried talking to the guys at Sierra Expedition in Phoenix? They are a stocking dealer for howling moon stuff.
