Sounds like you are looking for ideas to build your own......but these Drifta kitchens are pretty slick http://www.kakaducamping.com/camp_kitchens.html . I have spoken with Matt at Kakaducamping a few times and he mentioned he has some new kitchens models coming. I recently bought a Tuckerbox kitchen from him and plan to pick it up this weekend. It is like the Drifta kitchen.....but it mounts to a swinging tailgate.
