FJ60 Insulator plate and vacuum line questions

I posted this on ih8mud but thought I would try here as well.

So I got my carb rebuilt by Mark's Offroad and found a new-used insulator plate. Looks way better than my original one, that had both gaskets torn to pieces along with pry marks here and there from the previous mechanic I guess. My questions are...

1. The gaskets look great on the new insulator plate. Can I reuse as is? Would high temp copper spray gasket be recommended?

2. The pipe on the new-used insulator plate is a bit loose. Will that be a problem? What adhesive would be recommended if any, to help from any leaks or movement?

Any and all suggestions on this would be greatly appreciated.

As far as vacuum lines. I received an email back from hosetechniques.com
They have 3.5mm hose and 6mm hose. I read that OEM lines are 3.5mm and 5.5mm.
Is 6mm going to cause any issues being .5mm larger than stock?

Minimum order on the 6mm is 15', anyone one want to split the order if I order 16'?
