Easiest way to check the spec is on lubricant advisors, found on net. Put your car specs in and voila.

I didn't have the time or money to order fancy lubes when I replaced mine, so I bought what was locally available.
I went with Mobil-1 in the diffs and t-case, and Castrol Import for the trans. Both should be found easily at auto parts stores.

I just changed mine this past summer.
Valvoline for front and rear diffs - Bought it at autozone
Redline for the t-case - bought it on amazon since I couldn't find any GL-4 gear oil locally

GL-5 for diffs, GL-4 for transfer. Unless there has been contamination, these can easily be 100k fills. I initial-filled with 75w90 synthetics early on (10k break-in?), now at 210k and a recent (2nd) change, everything was still gorgeous, very little magnet residue after 120k OCI. How many miles on yours? How does the old fluid look? Running the 4wd occasionally is a good thing for lubrication. My Gen3 hybrid LSD does not require anything beyond gear oil, but yours may be different.
