Currently trying to build my own version of an overland vehicle so selling our tent camper (2018 ForestRiver Flagstaff 228-BHSE). This thing has been awesome, it has 12 inches of ground clearance, mud tires and two places for gear transport (roof rack, front small toy hauler area). Automatic wench, shower, cassette toilet, king and queen beds, automatic heater, 20 gallon fresh water tank, awning, small fridge, outdoor shower, outdoor grill.
Hitch weight: 338 lbs; Exterior length (closed): 19' 4"; UVW: 2,559 lbs; Exterior length (open): 23'11"; CCC: 1,279 lbs
This has been meticulously maintained, new braided steel propane regulator (it has two 15 lb propane tanks). All seals redone annually. Everything is in excellent condition except the outdoor grill is very used and there is a place near the toilet that has separated from the side wall. Took it in for repair and they said that it settled that way and wouldn't be worth fixing (it does not affect function). Located in Fort Collins, Colorado area. Asking $11,000.
