FOR SALE - 2018 Cirrus 920 by NuCamp

ABOUT THE SELLERS and HISTORY OF THE UNIT:
Wife and I are 2nd owners. We purchased from Southland RV in GA, as did the original owners. 2018 model, every option, just factory serviced by NuCamp in Ohio this year. We are going to a bumper pull vice truck camper.
This camper requires a longbed superduty. If memory serves, the factory sticker on the unit shows the weight as 2995 lbs, but I’d take that number with a grain of salt. The OEM literature shows it as about 3400lbs. I’m assuming that is the “as built with options” weight. My 2017 F350 handles it wonderfully with the big Helwig sway bar and the Severe Duty Truck Camper Timbrens installed.
This is a Cirrus, very rare, very rarely up for sale, not produced any longer. 4 season, all aluminum frame construction, no wood, fully insulated. If you know Cirrus then you know what it is.
RECENT SERVICE & UPGRADES:
Just serviced by the NuCamp factory in Ohio earlier this year. The Aldi system was serviced and upgraded to the newer glycol type fluid that requires less drain/fill intervals and is either not corrosive, or less corrosive, then the original glycol used by the factory.
We had NuCamp put in an upgraded OEM sink as the one in the 2018 model was known for not draining well, and ours didn’t.
We had NuCampm build a custom aluminum frame to support the camper in the bed. There is NO MOVEMENT with this setup, even on bump pavement and expansion joints.
When we had the unit at NuCamp we had them look over the entire unit, confirm the roof was sealed properly, etc. etc.
ISSUES:
We had a very small leak before going to NuCamp. The rear plastic cover that is at the back end of the roof has a very small area that wasn’t sealed. Maintenance issue. We had some minor moisture which sealing the unit correctly solved, and we religiously run DampRid in the unit at all times when parked to reduce moisture. That has worked exceptionally well for us in managing moisture. No water damage.
We had a very small amount of water coming in around the base of the fan where the large cover sits, again a maintenance issue. Dicor fixed that immediately. No water damage.
