Ford engines in S. America

I am trying to sort out what potential Ford truck engines will be the easiest to service, if needed, while on a multi-year trip to S. America.

This is what I believe, but it is hard to really sort out this info.

The 3.5L Ecoboost (F150) is available in multiple S. American countries.
The 5.0L V8 (F150) is available in S. America, but seems to be only in the Mustang. Engines are similar, but not 100% the same.
The 6.2L V8 (F250) I can't determine if this was/is used in S. America.

Anyone else done this kind of research with any insights?

Thanks!

Honestly... I'd run the 6.2. They are bullet proof and the entire F250 is stronger than any F150. The 3.5 is an awesome engine...buuuut its very particular about fuel.

If you are talking new or nearly new I wouldn't worry about any of them. You'll likely only need oil changes. If something catastrophic happens it really doesn't matter where you are down there or what vehicle you are driving, you'd be able to sort it out. Statistically you won't have to do anything but feed it gas and change the oil.
