Ford F550 build out suggestions/advice

Hello,
I just got this Ford F550 and was wondering if anyone has done a build out of a similar vehicle. Or any other suggestions for improvements of any aspect of this vehicle would be greatly appreciated. It’s a 7.3l Powerstroke. Any advice on improving mpg? Would you change the dual tires in the back?.....

It’s a 2008 with 80k miles

I am nearly done with my scratch build on an F550

New camper build on F550

Getting close to finish on my camper. Body is a combination of aluminum and composite. Twelve foot long with cab over. Cab over has a hinged tilt up section that provides roof access.

Dont think a 7.3 was around for 08 Fords unless you swapped it some how

Check out my build. “Ford E450 4x4“. I have yet to edit all my videos of the build but pics may help give you some ideas. Tho it may be more extreme then you want to go. It is a TIME consuming project. There is a lot of builds out there and I have probably weeks of Just research. Wait....you can buy mine.!!!!
