What a great build you are doing . Can you tell me a bit more about the Tuesday F 350 regular cab ? Was it ordered as a cab and frame or pickup ? And is the camper box directly mounted to the frame with no flat deck needed ? Thanks

Will have more and better pictures of that f350 in a couple weeks when it’s done. Customer dropped of a used truck with regular bed. Our partner ITB in Surrey BC did do a subframe and assembly.

Cleaned up the interior togo on a first family trip next week. Heater is hooked up, two twin size beds are ready and the bathroom is prepared. Also like to show the location of the 3rd seat. It’s bolted down to structural steel members above the main frame rails. This will be as secure as it gets.

Installed the 7 litre diesel tank for the planar furnace. Used fiberglass tubing and adhesive as mounting points. now I can connect the fuel line and do a test run.

What are the rivets in the molding for?

I'd be worried about condensation in the exterior electrical compartment?

What is the reason to have one exterior compartment door swing up and the other down?

not sure I understand your question... why would there be condensation in the electrical compartment?
no specific reason for the two different styles of hatches.. we thought it would be nice to have it as small table/workbench if needed. Also to show case the two different options.

At the left end of the lower mounting tube for the tank there looks to be rivet in the corner molding.

I've stopped leaving my saws/axes in the lower compartment of our trailer due to condensation.

Also around 15F ice forms on the inside of the hatches. When the temp rises I open the hatches to dry out the compartment.

Are you using the arctic tern hatches? Is your trailer insulated And heated?

Trailer is heated and insulated but the tools rust the most when the heat is off and the trailer isn't being used.

Hatches are not AT.

Not really any comparison to our set up but at first glance a valid concern with your background.
Cheers

Didn't get an answer to the corner molding. Are those rivets?
Was trying to having a weekend... Answered questions on the fly. Sorry for the delay.
We are using water proof rivets on some of our corner extrusions. These rivets DO NOT reach the interior! They are also not structural as they are only needed to bond the extrusions during the customization process. This allows us to adjust to any panel thickness between 40mm and 60mm. So far nobody has raised any concern or complained about them. But if our customers wish, they can certainly remove them and fill the holes. Cheers,
