Humm. I have a custom coach RV... https://www.tigervehicles.com , that is frame mounted on a Ram 3500 diesel 4x4 curb weight 7,375 and with the chassis mounted coach 10,800 lbs. Even today TigerAdventurevenhicles sell for much less than $175. It amazes me he had $175G into it and it weighs 10,000. For comparison there just happens to be a very similiar rig right now on expo classifieds for $78G but no weight stated. My guess is less than 9,000lbs. https://expeditionportal.com/forum/...ramie-w-fwc-hawk-flatbed.218974/#post-2841709

The rollover truck is a newer, AEV Prospector with all the bells and whistles it sounds like. Front and rear winches, 40s, Weboost, etc. The one for sale is 5 to 6 years older 2012 Power Wagon Laramie pretty much stock outside the the tray and camper, but very nice. Not trying to justify the prices on that rollover truck, just pointing out its substantially worked. That AEV stuff is nose bleed pricey IMHO, but they do good builds.

Safety is way over rated IMO. I'd get rid of all that stuff if I had the option.

You take reasonable precautions, try not to be stupid, and let the chips fall where they may. None of us makes it out alive. When your number is up, there are millions of ways for it to happen... and rolling your vehicle off a cliff isn't even in the top million.

Does $65k sound right for that truck?
FWC $40k plus tax and install
Flatbed $10k plus tax and install
AEV $25k
Misc $10k
Total $150k
Maybe the $175k includes the $11,800 recovery?

I would bet dollars to donuts that truck weighs more than 10,000lbs.
