I have a CBI front receiver hitch for a 4th gen Toyota 4runner for sale. This provides a rock solid recovery point on the front of your 4th gen 4runner with only minimal cosmetic changes. Here’s the CBI listing:

This does not include the mounting bolts, but the instructions specify exactly what you need from your local hardware store. I have the flip up license plate bracket, but it wasn’t quality to start with and is pretty rusty and sticky.
This was mounted for less than 2 years, then stored for a year or so. It is a little muddy and may have some minor surface rust, but it is in very good condition for something that rides under an overland rig. I only used it once (~3 snatches) before mounting a full bumper when a utility truck scraped up the plastic on the stock bumper.
This retails for 375 plus shipping- I’m thinking $200 or an interesting trade for outdoor or guitar gear. I’m in near north Seattle but make the trip to Leavenworth pretty regularly. Would prefer not to ship, but we might be able to work something out.
