Decided to make a few of these up as people asked me for them
These are made here in the USA (san diego) with USA sourced HDPE material
I was told these might fit the Scepter type water cans also.

Tested, it fits scepters as well.

sure, they help with the removal of tight lids and also help tighten them down to keep the cans from leaking.

Unless you have considerable skills and/or free time you will most likely find that $20-$25 shipped is a small price to pay for a good tool. Just my $0.02.
