I have a custom made bed rack for sale. It has been mounted on my 2012 F250, but may fit other trucks, I have listed the measurements below so you can check.
It is covered in a bedliner material. It is extremely sturdy, and will easily support a RTT, I have been using it for lumber, ladders, and various construction materials.
It measures
74.5" long (at its longest point)
64.25" wide (inside to inside of the mounting feet)
30" tall at the highest point
It is modular, and can be broken down into the 2 hoops and 6 rails for slightly easier shipping.
Located in Asheville, NC. Asking $750 shipped or $600 local pickup. I can meet with in a reasonable distance.
