Fuso shop in San Diego?

Have a few mechanical things to go through (and a thorough inspection due) before a Baja trip. We relocated from up north, so I'm wondering if anyone has recommendations for a local shop to basic mechanical work on a Fuso?
I've done oil changes, etc but suspension/drivetrain and other heavy-duty work is beyond me.

It is a bit far but the consensus is Tom's Truck Center in Santa Ana is one of the best shops in the country for our trucks. Also great for parts.

Sorry for the late reply. Several Earthcuiser owners I know have been pretty happy with Kearny Mesa Truck Center. John Ash is the service manager.
